What's the job?
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team by managing the interview scheduling, job posting, travel planning and general administrative functions of the department. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the ideal candidate must enjoy the challenges of working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, a commitment to customer service and strong skills in MS Office are critical to success in this role.

Job Responsibilities**
Interview scheduling utilizing Outlook including setting up phone screens, site visits and formal interviews with multiple managers across multiple time zones.
Plan and book travel for candidates as needed.
Responsible for job posting management which includes posting job positions in applicant tracking system (Moov) and on job boards.
Administrative duties such as scanning documents, preparing interview packets, creating offer letters, formatting and editing documents, etc.
Effectively communicate with Talent Acquisition Partners, HR business partners, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth process
Updates recruiting dashboards and distributes to key stakeholders.-
Generate reports, tracks and distributes KPIs for the team.
Special projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, Human Resources, or related field, and three (3) years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
5+ years of administrative and/or customer service experience
Strong computer skills - Advanced Outlook, Word and Excel
Maintains confidentiality of information regarding candidates, employees and the company
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone
Experience working closely with candidates, employees and leaders at multiple levels within an organization
Strong multi-tasking ability
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, and professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
Detail oriented, organized self-starter with an ability to prioritize work load
A high school diploma or equivalent and some college preferred
Ability to travel required for recruiting events and career fairs
